Live alarms on the lens
Readings are checked against each site’s limits. Critical alarms interrupt the view; the rest wait in Alerts.
Live treatment alerts, your own plant map, the 3D pipe network and verified records, on the glasses your operators wear.

The plant, live
This is the reference plant streaming through the same rules the glasses use. Pick a story: watch the reading climb, cross its limit, and the alarm land.
Vibration · P-101
2.69mm/s
Transfer pump P-101 vibration climbs steadily, crossing the high and then high-high limits. One reading every 5 s of plant time, shown faster.

Alerts, routes, rounds and records; the console sees the glasses live
Readings and log sheets flow in.
Alerts, routes, rounds and records flow out.
Hydris never actuates pumps, valves or dosing.
Hydris advises. People decide, and the record shows who decided, from what, and when.
Hydris design principleField Glasses and Operator Console( 01 ) The problem
Raised in the control room, while the fault is out on the floor.
The operator walks the plant to find the right valve, pump or tank.
Log sheets are retyped into the register later, when they are retyped at all.
A photo alone cannot show who checked it, from what, or when.
The pilot measures time to locate, record accuracy and verification time. No benefit is claimed before those numbers exist.
( 02 ) On the lens
Not a mock-up: the same screens, glass panels, rings and maps the operator sees, on a synthetic plant. Pick a moment, or click the lens and drive it with the arrow keys and Enter.

Inside the glasses

The shift at a glance: live 3D plant, next round, two readings, four apps.

Asset, value, state and the approved next step. Acknowledge never touches equipment.

Your own site map, with the route and the distance to the asset.

Readings compared along every pipe; the view flies to the leak.

One step at a time, with the caution in amber and clear answers.

Every sensor with its value, freshness and trend.

Scan a paper log sheet; two reads compare every value.

Talk or pick a question; answers come from live data and approved SOPs.

A checklist ticked on the job. Records only, no equipment control.

Every screen your UI profile allows, one swipe away.
Captured from the app on the demo plant at 600 × 600, the size of the lens. Black is see-through on the glasses.
Everything on the glass
Sixteen capabilities, one design: what the operator sees on the lens or the phone, and what the control room runs in the console.
Critical alarms interrupt the view; the rest wait in Alerts.
Your site map with the route and distance to the asset.
The pipe network in live 3D, with leaks and blockages found.
Ordered steps; out-of-range values flagged as entered.
Photograph a paper log; two reads compare every value.
Every sensor with trend, freshness and limit state.
Checklists ticked on the job, never equipment control.
Procedures from your library, cached for offline.
Ask for a reading, an alarm or your tasks, hands-free.
Steps queue on the device and sync in order.
Supervisors see the wearer’s screen and can guide it.
Four-eyes approval and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Choose which screens and actions each crew gets.
Code pairing, revocable sessions, one wearer per device.
Sites, areas, assets, sensors and their own limits.
Every action, every sign-in, per organization.
From alarm to record
0 s The reading
VT-101 vibration passes 4.5 mm/s on transfer pump P-101.
< 2 s Pilot target
Asset, value, limit and the approved next step, with the severity spelled out.
2 inputs Measured
Select, then acknowledge. The control room sees it at once; the pump is not touched.
Route Your map
The plant map shows the route and distance from where the wearer is.
Round Step by step
Readings and observations, out-of-range values flagged as entered, saved offline.
Sealed Two people
A different person approves in the console; the record is sealed with SHA-256.

Large type, one decision per screen, plain words. Everything is reachable with the temple swipe and a pinch, so gloved or wet hands are never the problem.

Rounds built in the console arrive as ordered steps. Out-of-range values are flagged as they are entered.

The pipe network in live 3D. Hydris compares readings along each pipe to find leaks, blockages and pump faults.
A photo of a paper log becomes a reviewed record, with two reads, two sign-offs and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Supervisors see the operator’s screen live and can guide it to the right page. The operator’s own input wins.
( 05 ) Hydris Snaps
01
The operator photographs the log sheet with the glasses or the phone.
02
Two engines read every value separately. Each value keeps its box on the page.
03
Confirms each field. Values the reads disagree on come first.
04
Approves in the console. The database refuses the same person approving.
Both reads give the same value after units and number formats are normalised. Agreement, not confidence, moves a value forward.
| Field | Read A | Read B | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| COD (mg/L) | 280 | 280 | agree |
| pH | 7.2 | 7.2 | agree |
| Flow (m³/d) | 412 | 421 | check |
Every value keeps the place it came from, both sign-offs, and a fingerprint that shows the record has not changed since approval.
| Item | Kept |
|---|---|
| Page box for each value | yes |
| Operator confirmation | yes |
| Supervisor approval (a different person) | yes |
| SHA-256 record fingerprint | yes |

( 06 ) Who it is for
Operator
Gets the alert, follows the map and the round, and records what was found, from the glasses.
Supervisor
Sees live views, guides a screen when needed, and approves Snaps in the console.
Plant manager
Sites, maps, assets, limits, the 3D layout, devices and the audit trail, in one console.
